Sale of digital products
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to courses, guides, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that no refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances once the product has been downloaded or accessed. You further agree that you waive any right to chargeback or dispute the purchase with your payment provider once access has been granted.
Community membership
Our community membership is hosted on Mighty Networks, a third-party platform. By joining, you agree to adhere to the rules and guidelines of both our community and Mighty Networks' terms of service.
Cancellation
You may cancel your community membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your membership will be terminated and no further charges will be incurred.
Billing and refunds
Membership fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for cancellations made during that cycle.
Rejoining
If you decide to rejoin after cancellation, a new subscription must be initiated and you will be subject to the current membership rates and terms.
